We have chosen all our items with much care and attention to detail and they are all thoroughly quality checked before packing. We are sure that you will love your butterfly moment, but we do also understand that in rare circumstances you may need to return a garment to us.

You are able to return the item to us for a full refund, unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns to our customers. Any returns must be made at your own cost within 14 days of receipt of goods. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We recommend asking the Post Office for proof of posting too.

If you want to return your purchase you MUST please do the following on a note containing the following information.

> Your order number

>Full name and address on the original order

>Why the item is being returned

Please note: The return item must be unworn and in the condition they were purchased with tags, including all packaging (This helps to protect the items when posting back to us).

Items showing signs of wear or items that arrive to us that aren’t in a re-sellable condition due to various reasons including pet hair, make up marks & odours will NOT be refunded.


We always aim to process refunds as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 working days from the date posting as items can take longer to reach us due to Royal Mail Covid Regulations and Restrictions.

A refund will be issued in the same method of payment that the order was placed in originally, unfortunately we can not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post.
